Olymel appoints Daniel Rivest as its next CEO, replacing Yanick Gervais in July 2026. Rivest, COO since 2016, has 20+ years in food processing and sales leadership. Gervais will remain as strategic advisor until October 2027. Congratulations, Daniel Rivest!
